How do we get started?
Simply fill out our contact form and we’ll be in touch in less than 48 hours!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We understand this is an investment, and we want you to feel confident in that investment.
We generally require 50% of your project total up front and the final 50% upon final delivery of files.
We can also split payments over 3 or 4 payments to make things easier for you.
How soon can we start?
We typically book out at least one month in advance. This is actually better for your project, though, as this lead time gives us room to plan out your project and gather any necessary materials.
How long does it take?
Our projects can last anywhere from a day—VIP Design Days are perfect for quick projects—to 12 weeks for branding and website design. On our discovery call, we’ll talk about your timeline and find a schedule that works for both of us.
I already have a logo. Can we still work together?
We’re happy to work with existing brand assets for graphic design and collateral work! However, the branding process at Herland always starts from scratch.
